At the same time, it provides the employee voice through the joint consultation committees and forums that involve all the employees at the company. The situation is considered to increase the employee’s effectiveness. The management shares the information on the plan and option to change and allows the employees to provide their opinions. The employee representatives are given time to consider the question laid down by the management and determine the best way to respond to the process (Ballard, 2018). Employee participation and involvement provide the employees with a voice in financial performance, strategic plans, and the HR policies that will affect their performance at the institution. The voice of the employees is always heard at the consultative meetings where the employee representatives can develop a collective voice that will reflect on the opinion of the employees and at the same time provide the leadership required to tackle big problems at the company.
